Php-Nuke Evolution comes with sentinel Preinstalled along with all kinds of cool Blocks/Modules, and a patched version of phpnuke, but that doesnt make it harder to install. It's extremely simple. You can download the most recent version from This Link. If you have any problems getting it installed contact me @ tylerwallace20@yahoo.com, and i'll be more then happy to help you out. Now if evolution is too big of a strain on your server you can simply download and install the newest version of nuke sentinel by going to Nuke Scipts. Hope that helps.

there's something called 'protector' for PHP-Nuke. I don't know about it now though..... I'm guessing it.... died

protector rocks. It actually tracksALL your visitors who visit your nuke site. dont think its compatible with the newer nukes though
